A Humanoid Arachnid alien floats suspended in the air by glowing blue threads which are woven and wrapped around their many limbs. Their clothing hangs upwards, implying that our view is upsides down and they are suspended from the ceiling. surrounding them are brilliant threads as if on a loom, and glowing patterns of constellations and gravitational orbits can be seen in their strands.

Say hello to Wheeler, the 1st crewmate in Gossamer Frontier! Wheeler is the ship's navigator and works the Loom that makes travel possible, so threads seemed a strong motif.
I also wanted to subtly referece the Hanged Man card here, so all the drapery is a hint that our POV might be upside-down.
