any vtuber/rigging aficionados know if it's possible to rig a model for a musical instrument?
i want to make a model for playing bass on stream, and have the model respond differently depending on when i play high and low notes. anyone know if i can do that?

YEAH i hadn't even thought of that but so true!! i was thinking more performance based; i.e. you play an excerpt slightly out of tune, slightly too fast, etc. people will be down your throats in the comments. and at music school shit talk abt other peoples' musical ability was like.. inescapable
not to say people aren't elitist about visual art on the internet—far from it—but man, something about western art music circles breeds judgement and elitism like a virus. it's very antithetical to what i think makes music so beautiful and fun
i think double dipping in both college-level classical music and online art communities has given me such a crystal clear view on elitism in creative fields and gatekeeping the arts
i've been thinking about this a lot lately, i might make a video about it one day
