i know i struggle with working on commissions over personal work, it's something i entirely understand. lemme be 100% clear that the issue isn't how long it takes you to do the art, it's just communicating with your paying client when asked basic questions -w-'

ghosting and trying to run off with money from paying clients does nothing but hurt the entire community. it makes people less comfortable commissioning any artist at all. however long it takes you to finish, literally just respond to questions throughout the process.

finally got a comm refund after being ghosted for five months and waiting another two for the money.

fellow artists, please just communicate with your clients. don't deliberately ignore them for five months after getting paid. if you're struggling to do work that's entirely fine, just say so
