In the world of ballet, there's no room for weakness- especially not when your fiercest rival is also your deepest desire. Limerence is a high-heat, banter filled, rivals to lovers mm romance set in the cut-throat world of classical ballet.
Limerence will be available 25 February 2025!
Just so weβre clear:
1. Audiobooks count
2. Reading is political

This is a clarification I have to make:
For people that voted for Trump, yβall donβt love lgbt, POC, or marginalized communities. You like what we make and you develop parasocial relationships with us online.
You canβt say you love someone and vote for the people that will cause them harm.
Reading Parable of the Talents now by Octavia E Butler. Found this passage relevant to our times. Actually this entire book is relevant to our dystopian reality. #booksky #booktok
I am in NY so I'm fortunate that I have my local library, along with Queens, Brooklyn, and NYPL. The biggest issue is that so many of the authors I read aren't available there. I utilize Libby as often as I'm able though. When I purchase physical books, I buy direct from the author when possible.
I used to love reading dystopian fiction in high school.
Reaaaaally not enjoying living through dystopian reality as an adult.
I'm all for not supporting Amazon BUT so many of the authors I read are on there and not available through my library. For context, I read over 500 books last year. How do we support indie authors, and afford to consume so many books? π #booksky
In the event that the authors and creators I support are able to get away from Meta, I'm moving my book content here. My 2024 recap for #booksky π
Ugh, not my age showing as I figure out how to work a new platform π₯Ήπ«
Here's my sweet baby Freya. Figured she's a good first post to have π€£
Itβs 25 degrees in Kansas City where the Chiefs and Texans are playing for a full stadium. Guess itβs only dangerous when itβs an inauguration.
Grungey newspaper collage with cardboard protest sign that says "NOT MY PRESIDENT". The word "PRESIDENT" is scribbled out. Below it, text says: OLIGARCHS. So actual phrase on sign is meant to be: NOT MY OLIGARCHS
I made this for my IG to announce why I'll be primarily abstaining there this week (no judgment to those who need to stay).
I remember seeing those "Not My President" bumper stickers over many an administration and my anger over recent events led me to "Not My Oligarchs".

Thank you so much! I go back tomorrow to finish color and shading and I'm dyingggggg π€£
I did one ebook read, have listened to the audio twice. Just got a physical copy for annotating with a special edition on the way. I also included a quote from it on my full sleeve book tattoo. I'm unhinged. π€£
The audio is incredible!
Hands down, Oleander by Scarlett Drake. That book is everything.
