Thanks for sharing Jane. My Mum died of ovarian cancer. It came to light that she had been experiencing typical symptoms but didn’t get checked. I didn’t make the connection as was ignorant of the symptoms at the time.
Post absolute peak Terry and Arthur era, but I remember enjoying it.

Felt the same initially but it’s a really strong album. Not knowing many of the songs is a positive as it doesn’t feel like a mundane covers record.
We all miss those halcyon days of good natured violence and getting a right good kicking. Such banter.
Have listened to this and Present Arms a lot recently and I think they sound great. Have aged better than some more critically highly rated records of the time.
