Neil told me that I had an amazing relationship with my father and gave me a hug after we took the picture. I gave him a couple gifts and even my eldest demon gave him a couple bracelets she made for his little one.
Last weekend I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Neil Newbon at LVLUP EXPO. Meeting him was an amazing experience and it was a little emotional for me as I owe my love for all things nerdy to my late father.

Sitting here with my demons watching The Lion King and all I can think about is my dad and I cry.... He took me to the original one in theaters when I was a small demon and so now that he's not here anymore...I just miss him.... π
I forgot to update, my laptop is safe at home again. The screen was shot once again and had to wait for a new one. Plus replaced the screen cable for it just in case and reapplied thermal paste as she needed it. I'm happy to have her back.

Welp...here we go again....my poor laptop is being repaired once AGAIN because the new screen ended up faulty.....ughhhh it'll be a minimum of 2wks because the guy who is repairing it is also going to replace the screen cable as well....this is so frustrating.... π
The irony only a couple hours after my earlier post, I got the notice that she is repaired so my laptop is back home and running smoothly with a new screen. I can't wait to draw again, it's been far too long now. hehe
So we took it in and is having a new screen ordered and what not but while in the mean time, I've been using my old acer that's going 8yrs old. I've only been doing basic stuff on it or playing warframe (which it barely runs that) while I wait to get my other one back. It's been a "fun" experience π
For those who don't know since I haven't talked much about it except to a few peeps. My Asus Rog Strix laptop is currently being repaired because my screen died...well not "died" but turned green. Did all the troubleshooting stuff at home but it needed to be taken in. She needs a new screen π
You know....nothing more motivating to game or draw when I DON'T have my laptop to do the things....hopefully soon my laptop will be back from being repaired. I love my old laptop, it just can't play the games I want....she's really old and the stuff I wanna work on art wise isn't on this laptop π
