The Sphere also has special rooms to help people cope.
Sensory rooms and quiet, low-light, low-sound areas are available at different levels.
Purpose: These spaces are designed for individuals experiencing dizziness, motion sickness, panic attacks, or sensory overload.
Me too. The couple next to me left after the first set because it was too much for them. They danced in the hallway instead. Not the worst idea. 😀
I took Dramamine for motion sickness when I saw D&C at the Sphere. It was a bit too much at times and I was completely sober.
New Yorkers have known for a long time that going to a game or concert at the Garden meant surrendering some privacy. That, as you watched the show, the Garden in a real sense watched you. www.wired.com/story/madiso...
The men at the factory are old and cunning
You don't owe nothing, so boy, get running
It's the best years of your life they want to steal
But you grow up and you calm down
And you're working for the clampdown

In the 90’s, there was often a nice little jam section after the Terrapin outro completed. Here’s a great example to kick off the 90’s.

Great album! I remember when this album was played very LOUDLY through the PA at the Beacon Theatre in NYC before a Replacements show. It sounded fantastic.

Facts all come with points of view
Facts don't do what I want them to
Facts just twist the truth around
Facts are living turned inside out
Facts are getting the best of them
Facts are nothing on the face of things

You can get that done in one spin of 10/27/79 Dancin>Franklin’s with time to spare.
The only reprieve from this nonsense is more of The Clash played loud.

Mad respect. I did half of that and am sore. +Can’t go wrong with fall 79 as your soundtrack.

A giant loss: Robert Duvall is gone. An extraordinary artist who was fluent in every dialect of film acting, from ice-cold underplayer (The Godfather) to expert naturalist (Tender Mercies, The Apostle) to balls-to-the-wall maniac (Apocalypse Now). One of our all-timers. Plunge into that filmography.
