I should stress here that the quality of care was fine. But the scheduling was awful. That’s me being polite. 2024 has been a nightmare for me. I’ll be glad when it’s over.

So. Today I received a letter of apology from the hospital in relation to the scheduling of my care. I would be delighted except for the fact that they left one bit out. I’ll be in touch with them again.
