To all the people mad, I have worked with kids in spaces where they were allowed to eat as much as they wanted. at meal times, they always asked for seconds on the unhealthiest foods. i decided that I would ask them to try to eat their veggies before getting more of anything else. it worked great.
I just know that my school let you get seconds at lunch. and let me tell ya, it was never the skinny kids getting seconds
