Using LLMs for this opens you up to liability (you may get a recipe with almond milk despite specifying a nut allergy). Meanwhile, you could use the filters on the recipe DB API of edamam.com, and be much more safe/predictable.

Wow, one of my fave authors and I never knew this! Read almost everything he wrote, lines my shelves. Disheartening; won't be able to look at his work the same way again.
