I was a cleaner for 5 yrs. The screenshot implies the cleaner was not being paid to clean the kitchen, and regardless, we didn't normally do dishes for people.

You must have missed the actions & public statements of the last week from the Trump administration & senior Republicans. They've said a number of times they're good with the current approach, and have followed that up with (in)action.

The pharmacy I get my Mounjaro from in Perth had hundreds of doses of Ozempic when I was there last week. They are the WA agent for one of the large online prescribers. Their consultation room is stuffed full of the glass door medication fridges, which are full of M/Oz/WG.
