Dieamedes is seen walking with Marastraz who is in his visage form “Look Mara… uh… straz? I don't mean to be rude- or an ungracious host or whatever… but didn't all the mortals leave the Shadowlands an aeon ago?” Dieamedes asks.
“‘Aeon’ you know you Kyrian always use that word wrong. An aeon is a billion years, yet you use it to mean ten minutes.” “It's a figure of speech smartmouth.” Dieamedes says grumbling“And that's not an answer to my question.” “Fair, it's a little hard to explain.”
Marastraz says “I just felt like… Azeroth was too small. There were too many of my flight who cared for every aspect of it; there was no room for… well me.” -Show Marastraz looking at other red dragons.-
“So you basically got too big for the nest?” “Something like that!” They both stand on an edge of Bastion with the title AEON.
Dieamedes takes off from the ledge and Marastraz transforms to fly with him. “Alright second question.” Dieamedes says.
“How come you're always movin’ around so much? Why aren't you covenant sworn?” “Well that's two questions-” “Don't start.” “- With the same answer. The Shadowlands has an infinite number of realms. Why would I eternally tie myself to one- now don't take offence Bastion has been nothing but hospitable towards me.”
“Even with the prying questions.”
Dieamedes scoffs “Can you blame me? It's still in recent memory that half our numbers decided to cause havoc and then things just got all sorts of weird’ folks where falling faster than leaves in autumn then
You got… evil… maw kyrian I ain't even sure what those were but it was bad!
So can you blame me for prying when a Dragon decides this is where he wants to kip?”
Marastraz pouts for a moment.
“Let me explain myself then before you decide I'm a threat to Bastion.”
It shows him flying though bastion, “The most obvious point is that you are people who understand a good flying space! Plus the Paragon of Humility loves whenever my tailwind humbles one of you.” “Look he loves everyone, that's not a high horse-!”
Next he's seen standing in a body of water with a horse “Speaking of horses I have got to remember not to approach anything that looks like one while I'm in Ardenweald. I think one day the Sylvar will just let me drown.”
“That seems more like what the Venthyr would do.” Dieamedes says. “No, they actually get along quite well with me. They're a big fan of the colour red there and I think it shows. The Stoneborn however, sometimes we have debates over the sky line.” -He is seen arguing with Shivaal-
“Maldraxus I admit I do stay away from slightly. It's very violent. Has plagues and slimes that dissolve you…. Everyone seems nice but is always yelling. Also there are necromancers here too.” “Wait if we're in the realm of death and you have life magic, doesn't that make you the necromancer?” Dieamedes asks “I would prefer not to think about it!” Marastraz responds - Show Sin’ewe being a little freak or whatever he does-
“My reasoning doesn't end there, you have the start of just… well everything in Zerith Mortis! It's insane to think about but also completely fascinating.” “Yeah we don't like going there for a reason.” - Show Deev-
“The Brokers of Tazavesh are very friendly but have also forced me to learn about currency and trade here. That has honestly scared me more than necromancers.” - Show Xy’diah who is definitely doing the hussle-
“Lastly, the eternal city itself. It's so mundanely comical but also extremely impressive. Not as impressive on how I can still get lost going in a circle. Unfortunately I can't speak for the Maw considering they won't let me in there.” “You wonder why?” - Show Maraztaz flying under the bridge bit-
The two are then seen landing on another part of Bastion “So you see Dieamedes, the Shadowlands is expansive.”
They are seen looking over a ledge again “It's big enough that I can sate my curiosity, and feels like a place I can call home for many aeons to come… using that literally by the way.” “Oh give over.”
