When it is more expensive and it’s something I want or need, knowing it’s going to a Canadian brand or small brand has helped ❤️
In most cases yeah, but makeup and skincare has been cheaper in some cases! I’m paying less since switching from US to Korean skincare brands
If I want something badly enough I have to put in the time to research a Canadian or other alternative. Everything I buy has become more deliberate. Feels good. 🇨🇦
Boycotting US goods has been actually kind of a plus for me, it’s curbed any kind of impulse purchasing. I just don’t buy from US no matter how much I like something. It’s made it very simple!

Rest day has to be the hardest day of the week for me, weirdly. I know I have to rest to recover and grow muscle properly but doing nothing doesn’t give my brain a feeling of progress 😩
