Help Protect our Neutrality!

The Irish government is making us complicit.
And then they try to tell us black is white.

People can see through it.
We know if they can get rid of the triple lock, they will be sending Irish soldiers abroad to fight and die in wars for US imperialism.
That's why we need resistance on the streets.

We must not allow FF-FG to scrap the triple lock. It'd mean that they will be sending our young people abroad to fight and die in imperialist wars for the US / NATO.

Public opinion overwhelmingly shows that people do not want this, but we have to show them on the streets that we will not stand by.

This is blatant victimisation for union activity.

Sonya should be reinstated, this should be condemned by government, and government should meet with the workers and instruct the HSE to treat them properly.

The workers at Northside Home Care will continue to fight with their union the IWU.

Solidarity with Sonya, all the workers at Northside Home Care on strike, and their union the IWU.

This is blatant victimisation for union activity. Bosses hate when workers get organised. This is why workers are forced to fight for their rights!

Solidarity with Eileen Flynn. She is tireless in standing up for oppressed people.

She's now being attacked by a bunch of misogynists because she called out some of those who want to see people divided instead of united.

Sign the Petition Stop moving Edmondstown sorting office to Lucan

For the workers at Edmondstown, many of whom have served our community for years, it means their jobs and work-life balance being turned upside down.

This is a service that works. Instead of uprooting it, An Post should be investing in it.

3,000+ people have already signed the petition, add yours!

An Post are talking about moving the Edmondstown sorting office all the way to Lucan - and residents of Firhouse, Rathfarnham, Knocklyon and Whitechurch would pay the price.

For anyone who needs to collect a parcel or missed delivery, this move could mean a long trip across the city.

🚨 Dáil Éireann votes confidence in the government by 92 votes to 78. @virginmedianews.bsky.social

5 days ago 39 12 6 3

Government survives with votes of Lowry's lackeys but majority is reduced.

The power of the people is greater than the people in power.

We need a new phase of militant mass protest involving trade unions and communities to demand action on cost of living and a general election.

There are lessons here, as the government hangs onto power.

Don't trust the fake independents.
And more importantly, people power protests works!

This must be the start of a new phase of militant, effective protest involving trade unions & communities mobilising for everyone on the cost of living.

Michael Healy-Rae voting no confidence in government and resigning.

This may now be a close vote of confidence. Get onto your independent TDs and apply all possible pressure to get them to vote against the government.

Force a general election.

The legitimate protest actions taken by fuel protesters (that forced the government to make limited concessions) are the reason this ‘no confidence’ vote is taking place.

We must broaden out the fuel protests & bring them to another level with mass participation from working people & trade unions.

We need to fight for a left government, that will take on the interests of those who profit off the crises ordinary people face, instead of ruling in the interests of them like FF-FG.

...but must NOT end there.

Working class people, farmers, everyone has to come together to bring an end to the 100 year reign of Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael!

Don't be distracted by those that are trying to divide people, and redirect people's righteous anger at government policy against people because of their race, sexuality, etc.

We have to stay united and have to move onto another level of protest.

This starts with the confidence motion today...

Make sure you're not supporting people who prop the government up when it suits them in the Dáil, while speaking words against them on the street.

We have no confidence in this government that represents the interests of those who profit off the crises ordinary people face. That is why People Before Profit are still the only ones to commit to NEVER propping up Fianna Fáil OR Fine Gael.

Or are you on the side of the government and those who do their dirty work, who seek to divide people on the basis of their skin colour, sexuality, or class?

It will be an illuminating day for Independent TDs in this country.

Which side are you on?

Are you on the side of ordinary people who suffer from the policies of Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael, and the Independents who prop them up? Are you on the side of those suffering from this cost of living crisis that comes on top of the previous cost of living crisis?

We need price caps. Nothing less stop the profiteering / increases.
Then we need to re-nationalise our energy.

This right wing government that is subservient to Trump will never do this.

We have to break away from this subservience to Donald Trump, US Imperialism, and fossil fuel capitalism!

No confidence in this government!

In less than 24 hours, there's a chance to get rid of this FF-FG government and bring about a #GeneralElectionNOW.
Maximum pressure must be brought to bear.

It seems Independent Ireland will be voting against the government this time, but will the Independent TDs?

Government to cut petrol and diesel by 10c and defer carbon tax increase in €505m package The announcement of the package follows engagement with representative groups for transport, farming, and fisheries.

These tax cuts still don't provide any certainty for people because there are no price controls.

They also don't break from reliance on fossil fuels.

But militant action has won concessions.

A lesson that should now be acted on.
