Looks like the retaining ring/circlip that holds your rear sprocket to the hub popped off. If that's correct, you can fix it yourself without removing the wheel. Pair o' pliers and a screwdriver should do it. Here's the ring getting popped back in: youtu.be/Pvs2M6pPFGY?...
