Last week, I had my second, and hopefully final, ulnar (elbow) nerve surgery, and I'm now in the Lake District (with my sling) for some rest 🌿 I wanted to share my poem 'Ulnar', which I wrote back before my first surgery, exploring the word. It was published by lovely @howlwriting.bsky.social ❤️
