Payment processors should not be in charge of identifying hate speech or enforcing the law. Their monopoly on financial transactions means they can functionally override the choices of every government on earth, which means laws don't matter, because payment processors are the ultimate law.

We shouldn't allow payment processors to control what legal content functionally can or cannot be sold because they control the method by which money is exchanged, and therefore can set any rules they like on top of existing laws.

They shouldn't be making any judgements. If they suspect a transaction is illegal they should notify the authorities, and maybe freeze the transaction until they can confirm with the customer and merchant that the sale is legal. If they're really concerned what they need is moderation.
