This Yom HaShoah it’s important to remember that Zionism saves Jewish lives.

Being able to attend a @chabad.bsky.social this past #Shabbat was very uplifting, with the level of #antisemitism rising with the left and right.
So folks are blaming Jewish people for antisemitism just like they like to blame Black folks for racism?
Make it make sense.🙄
Let’s go #RedSox! Yoshida MVP of the game!
Rainbow over #Fenway Park. Let’s go @redsox.com!
Criticizing Israel isn’t antisemitic, but mocking Jewish fear while defending the statement “Globalize the Intifada” is. Jews are 2% of the U.S. yet face 50% of religious hate crimes. Comparing that to flower prices isn’t nuance, it’s gaslighting a targeted minority while winking at violent hate.
Funny how your one supposed Jewish friend outweighs the 85% of Jews who say antisemitism is a serious problem — or that we’re 2% of the U.S. but face 50%+ of religious hate crimes. Jews aren’t a monolith, but using a token to dismiss the majority calling out hate isn’t nuance. It’s gaslighting.
The Jewish community gets to define what antisemitism is, nobody else. When all major Jewish organizations say “Globalize the Intifada” is antisemitic, perhaps you should listen to them. Jews represent 2% of the US population, yet 68% of all religious hate based attacks in the US are against us.
Oh, you risked it all by declaring that Jewish lives matter this week? How revolutionary. Should I nominate you for a Nobel Peace Prize or just start the foot-kissing immediately? Newsflash: saying Jews are human isn’t a bold stance it’s the bare minimum. Sit down.
Tom Morello calls Israel “terrorism,” defends Kneecap, and smears David Draiman—for opposing child murder. Hamas slaughters kids, uses them as shields, and he’s silent. When Jewish lives don’t matter to you, that’s not activism. That’s antisemitism.
Yet, by denigrating antisemitism, in the context of an article on rising Islamophobia, she illustrated in her snarky comment that antisemitism is a significant issue that is prevalent in our society.
So are you saying that antisemitism isn’t an issue and Jew hatred is permissible?
The same people who are attacking #DavidDrainman are the same assholes cheering on the torching of a Melbourne Synagogue. I #StandwithDrainman
Bello gives up an RBI single on a grounder up the middle by Neto, and Rafaela was way off target with his throw to the plate for an E8 that has the Angels - now ahead, 1-0 - with runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs.
Good riddance to one of the #BBC’s worst #antisemites #GaryLineker. Looking forward to the newest presenter of Match of the Day.
After over a year in Hamas captivity, survivor Agam Berger played the violin yesterday at the “Let It Be” orchestra event in Jerusalem, where a prayer was performed for the return of the hostages🎗️
This ballpark is better!
I would also say that Vader/Anakin also deep down was a good person. Anakin’s pain was twisted by the Emporor, who took advantage of a deeply flawed by a good person. Therefore I would say Musk is more like Palpatine than Anakin.
Thanks for everything George Lowe.
Every hostage was alive on the morning of October 7.
Shlomo was murdered during the massacre, and his body was taken to Gaza. Tsachi, Ohad, and Itzik were kidnapped alive.
Every hostage Hamas returned in death is a war crime.
The funeral of Shiri, Kfir & Ariel Bibas is a moment of indescribable national and personal pain.
In Israel, people are taking to the streets to say goodbye to the murdered hostages who became global symbols of the October 7 Hostage Crisis—and to give the surviving family strength.
Currently in Reykjavik and remembering what the civil world looks like outside the US.
You used my name. Instead of calling me a Zionist, hasabara tool, and etc. especially for example when Zionism has such a focal point in Jewish liturgy.
Yet, you’re using language and make accusations that convey antisemitism. This type of rhetoric has identified by major jewish organizations that represent the Jewish community by and large. Calling someone derogatory names only further reinforces it. Once we actually began to talk
This person is in complete heart ache because of the conflict. Yet has never until recently met with a Jewish person. It’s these little connections and building out a network of peace advocates that is needed. Instead of armchair activism.
What many activists do not see is there is a lot of behind the scenes actions taking place. Right now I have been have very frank and uncomfortable conversations with a member of the Palestinian community. Because peace is important. We’ve become very close friends but it takes time and dialogue.
