This is a multiverse muse! My muse is inspired by Markiplier's Cinematic Universe! Her base is Y/N from WKM/AHWM/ISWM etc, but her story is original and is made to fit any verse! Interactions with characters based in her canon verse are unique to her storyline. If you portray a muse from that verse, her interactions with your muse will also be unique, but be warned, she may be hostile depending on who you muse! Anyway;
Amelia was born into the Laine family, who were known amongst the underground as skilled thieves. The rich hire them and send them back and forth, stealing not only priceless art pieces but those rumored to be cursed. Those with money loved to sabotage their colleagues, and what better way to do so than with a gifted, cursed object? The children of the Laine family were often sheltered, kept away from the public eye, and unable to gain a following. They're meant to lurk in the shadows, nameless and faceless. After a tragic accident that resulted in the loss of Amelia's father, she was given up for adoption, staying in the system until she was adopted by the Esmere family in her teenage years, working for them at their estate. In her early twenties, she was approached by a man who claimed to know who she was and who her parents were, claimed he knew she was a capable woman who knew her way around a lock, which seemed foreign to her, however, when the man produced a lock and the tools to break it, muscle memory kicked in and she was able to unlock it within seconds. Amelia was then presented with an opportunity to strike out and live her own life rather than one of servitude. The object he wanted happened to be right under her nose in one of the Esmere Manor display cases. She needed only steal it and give it to him, and he would pay more than enough cash- *if* and only if she decided to continue working under him afterwards. She came to find out that the man's name was Mark Iplier. Amelia and Mark began working together, taking on heists and stealing for profit, but also any curios that caught Mark's attention. He always said he was looking for something specific, though he never explained what it was. Until he found The Box. Time always seemed to move... strangely around him. And even more so on that mission. A mission that ended with her being jailed, and the moment she escaped,... betrayed.
