then again i am a very technologically progressive person, so this is just my perspective

imo ai photo/video generation and those bot accounts on social media are really the only inherently awful parts of it, stuff like chatbots arent really doing harm as far as im aware (though those polybuzz or whatever its called now ads GOTTA go)

i feel like nobody really understands ai, both the corporations that use it to replace humans and the people that think its evil in every application (though this perspective is much better than the other one)

the other weird thing about that is that quake movement is like a buy in cost. if you want to play the super powerful super vulnerable glass cannon fps guy you have to also be able to fly around at mach 2 with special movement techniques (they arent actually necessary unless you want to be The Best)

recently found out that theres a quake live ffa server that basically always has around 20 people on it and im having so much fun

objectum representation in media is weird. its either making fun of the concept and/or is like, weirdly accidentally good? like cody from sml for example, you can tell logan wasnt trying to make something for objectum people, but it still works really well.

im not sure about the state of homeless shelters in canada, but i would start looking into where to go if this does end up happening. i dont think itll happen as soon as you think, but its better to be prepared just in case.

i do think you’ll be able to move out sooner than you think, but it might take longer than previously expected. if i were you, id start planning out the *near* future (only up to like, next year for now)
id start with getting a job somewhere chill, like tim hortons (i assume, im not canadian /hj)

i wont lie, i did kind of see this coming for a while. it always seemed like you despised art more often than you enjoyed it, and that you were more-so forcing yourself to do it than doing it for fun.
i generally think you might have too many bad memories attached to it, too many life events

im late to this, but if somebody you know is unwilling to accept you because of your attractions—that do not harm anybody—and are unwilling to educate themselves on such matters, you are better off without them. stick to a crowd that supports who you truly are, and doesnt judge such silly things.
