I try and do the right thing and name a git remote, "upstream", but AI, GitHub CLI, GitHub itself, and other things think that if I have an upstream I want to make PRs to it.

I am now choosing to name my upstream remotes, "salmon". Tooling will ignore it, I will chuckle, everything will be chiller.
