It definitely requires more time for development and progress. I believe our generation is pushing it forward 👀

Misdiagnosis is common as well, from my experience I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder 4or5 years ago until I learned about adhd and asd by doing research online. Basically we have to self diagnose first then find the hospital that has better Psychology.

Yes it's so hard to get a diagnosis for it and other mental illness, back to my school age, it is widely believed that depression is a result of poor stress resistance. Most of parents didn't care about their kids' mental health, society and school don't attach enough importance to mental health.

So I immediately replied to the doctor "I never felt that". Also speaking of furry therapist, I couldn't find a furry friend with audhd in my language, it's so hard for me to have conversation with other people, asd doesn't let me talk "normal" as others.

It's true. I was diagnosed with adhd and asd last year and doctor pointed out I have "high abilities", I never feel that cause I was convinced by grade on paper: failed on every subject but English. My brain can't understand Physics and Chemistry, my trash memory can't remember things like formula.😇
