I want to be very clear here that I do indeed think assigning blame/responsibility to random Jews for what Israel does and conflating Israel and Jews generally is wrong. That's also why I think Jewish institutions and leaders should stop doing it.

I do not think that conflating the Jewish people and the Jewish state is responsible at this juncture.
