City of Bones by Cassandra Clare, I wasn’t an avid reader when I was younger but this book came at a time when I was struggling with my sexuality and seeing an LGBT+ characters that were strong and powerful really but also loved unconditionally by their friends/family really helped me.

I read a memoir called Educated by Tara Westover. It was one of best memoirs I’ve ever read. It chronicled her journey from being living a life outside the secular world to attending college and what she learned not just about the secular world but about herself. Everyone should read this book.
Finished Animal Farm last night. What an amazing book. Orwell uses animals to show how the how revolution from a tyrannical oppressor to turn into totalitarian regime, even if you don’t know it’s happening. This book will remain relevant always. 10/10
