Ashe’s attention followed hers, and those kind emerald hues narrowed into a fierce glare; one befitting of a trained knight. “Something’s not right..”

He teased. Chuckling. ❝ But I suppose I can cut you in on my meal. Hope you like roast! ❞

Ashe had just roasted a slab of pork, and diced mixed vegetables. He seemed to be humming a tune.

With a bag draped over his left arm, filled with little trinkets he bought through their outing today, Ashe replied with a content hum, to his voice.

He’d really enjoyed reconnecting with Annette! It’s been too long, since they all spent so much time together. Now was the perfect time, too.(+)

And Ashe gave an approving, simple smile. It did him good to see her in such high spirits.
