Would "surface constraints" be related to ORD's traditional 20 minutes of taxiing upon arriving?
I haven't been actually timing how long it takes me to get to the gate at every airport I arrive at, but ORD seems to be way different than any other place
Water law is weird -- it only allows things like "we have the RIGHT to xxxxx acre-feet every year, from YOU, FOREVER", without regard to surpluses or shortages at the donor's end.
Have fun changing how water law works.

Some used to adopt the "South Park Republican" label as an attempted workaround for #2, I think. Not the sort of thing you can milk for decades, though.

The reason these reservoirs exist is so that untreated storm water runoff doesn't get dumped in Lake Michigan, and prevent some floods, when there is heavy rainfall. Treatment plants have a finite gallons per minute capacity so it's stored temporarily before treatment. Couple days they'll be empty.

I haven't been to Baraboo WI's Circus World Museum since childhood, reading this thread I wish I could report if their collections & presentation go beyond the wagon collection or how Baraboo-centric everything is.

I used a 7a up until a couple months ago that suddenly lost battery life last fall. And the power button fell off last summer. It's a lemon.

And fled to the suburbs
