Last week I slogged through Saturdays run like I was running through glue, this week I skipped through it 😊 it was less windy I guess, anyway, happy!

My boy Milo knows the importance of sleep to keep fit and healthy and quite annoying at 4am when he thinks it’s breakfast time.

Ok, so different space different tweet. It’s nearing Xmas, inbox is bursting with invites to many celebrations- I can be amazing at social interactions, I can also be awful if I don’t recharge myself between. How do you choose! (Fab problem to have)

Mr H is cleaning the litter trays whilst the cats queue up to use it. I can tell he’s annoyed

Just did my second run of the weekend - will need a bit more than that to get lost fitness back but it’s a start.
