Josh was an amazing colleague, collaborator, and friend. He will be very much missed.
A few years ago, Michael Oliphant was a doctoral student working in the lab of @cucancercenter.bsky.social leader @heidefordlab.bsky.social to understand how breast cancer spreads. Now, Oliphant is back at @cuanschutz.bsky.social @cupharmacology.bsky.social, launching his own lab. #cucityofhealth

So fortunate to work with all these amazing women in our department!
So proud of Ford lab members who have recently defended their theses (Connor Purdy and Art Wolin) and matched into the Duke internal medicine residency (Connor Hughes, MSTP). It’s been a busy couple of months for the lab, but nothing is more special than watching the success of your trainees!
Was very excited to host Senator Hickenlooper in my lab this past week, as well as be involved in a panel discussion around the important of federal funding for science!
