After hearing Gary talk about his depression on a podcast, I sought out his HBO comedy special, The Great Depresh. It was truly funny (actually made me laugh out loud when I was by myself) but also, as someone who has struggled with depression, I found it very comforting.

Any day that I don't burn down my house when cooking is a good day. Flames aside, today turned out to be a good day. 😬🔥

I got my first tattoo in March and now I want another one so badly that I'm afraid I won't give it enough thought and planning. 😬 Just mark me up, baby!

Last June I wasn't out to any of my family. This year I am. And while my parents' response wasn't great, my sister's was. Such a beautiful gift to me. I find myself feeling a little more joy this year for Pride, that I can claim a little more of that for me. Happy Pride! 🌈

Tomorrow I start my new job. I'm a bit nervous because it's the first new job I've had in 11 years, but they asked me to talk about Schitt's Sheets in both of my interviews so at least they know what kind of crazy I am from the start. 🤪

When I can't sleep, I don't count sheep. I recite the names of Schitt's Creek episodes. I'm usually asleep by the time I get to season 4. Though sometimes I start at 614 and go backwards. Or I do all the odd seasons first and then the even. Love a challenge. 😂

My lights sprang forward an hour even though my state doesn't change time. So now I'm sitting here in the dark because they went off an hour early. 🤪

I just had a job interview where I got to talk about Schitt's Sheets so I'm pretty much in heaven.

Patrick and David play Wordle and get competitive about their scores. At first I thought David would be better at it, growing up around Moira, but her vocab would never show up in Wordle. Also, I think they both have specific starting words but they argue about whose is better.

The first rule of Fight Club is also the first rule of Wordle.

So now it's five years? What is time in Schitt's Creek? 😂

I know I'm a few years behind, but I started watching Succession a few days ago and now the theme song is stuck in my head.

Watching Schitt's Creek isn't enough. I need to wear some little rubber thimbles and work on spreadsheets with Patrick.

I'm out of bed and showered today, which is my greatest accomplishment this week.

I literally have 100 minutes a month on my cell phone plan. I do not like phone calls. But today I made 4 phone calls to ask my representatives to vote no on the voter suppression bills. Worth it.

Through extensive testing, I have determined that five Twizzlers is the maximum amount I can eat before I start regretting my decisions.
