While I assume the prosecution is bullshit, I’ve seen a lot of people say a version of this, and it feels silly. The US government does a whole bunch of things a private nonprofit can’t do.
LEAD CHANGE: Fairfax County reports more votes, and puts the "yes" ahead.
The 'yes' now leads 50.3% with 49.7%, a lead of 15K.
More importantly: Half of Fairfax County, where the 'yes' is leading by 80K votes at the moment, remains to be counted.

This absolutely IS a lesser of two evils dilemma? I fucking hate Graham Platner - he is also, quite obviously at this point - not as bad as Susan Collins. Keeping Collins in office only serves to empower Trump across the board, whereas even if Platner probably only empowers Trump sometimes.
If there's two Nazis and one has some non-Nazi tendencies sometimes, wouldn't it be better to have that one elected than the one that is all in on being a Nazi 24/7?

I hate Platner but I think that if it's him or Collins you gotta vote for him. At the very least he would not be voting for Thune for majority leader and that's everything.
