Looking at my Pokemon Home to get stuff over to Champions

I am on the free plan with 30 slots. There are an additional 1000 or so pokemon trapped in limbo because I shoved them in here when I did have the paid plan and left them there

I wonder what's even in there...

Adding another layer to that post recently that was like who looked at bread and decided yeah cook it again by then letting it cool again
