After a brief view of the Ross's Gull when it shot through my scope whilst seawatching this morning at Whitburn, I was pleased when it was refound at South Shields and I could spend some time enjoying it. #NEbirding

A nice adult Iceland Gull flew north past Whitburn this morning. This afternoon Little Auks were passing Souter Point in good numbers with some nice big waves too.
