Dear god
This was the same Minister who wanted to punish ALL LoI clubs because of bad behaviour in one match
And then questioned the independence of national broadcaster because he didnât like the coverage
Less petulance & more hard work Minister Oâ Donavan

Fine Gael expects PAYE workers to pay for missed climate targets.
âIf this Government was serious about driving down peopleâs energy bills, they would be taking much stronger action to support our energy security.â @ciaranahern.bsky.social

With the legend that is Lelia Doolan outside Leinster House at the conclusion of her remarkable 220km march from Shannon - at 91 years of age no less!
Her activism for peace and neutrality is inspiring.

A Government thatâs lost its mandate!
Government failing PAYE workers in energy crisis. @ivanabacik.bsky.social
"Families and workers are under sustained pressure. Labour has set out fully costed proposals for targeted, income-linked energy credits to support those most exposed. Government must act now."

Workers squeezed while Government props up failing energy model - @ciaranahern.bsky.social
âInstead of fixing a broken system, they are relying on short-term fossil fuel subsidies without any strategic plan to reduce our dependence on oil and gas.

There are only 44 female TDâs in the DĂĄil. Each female Minister who stood up to speak during the confidence motion was heckled and shouted over during their speaking time by Independent Ireland. It is not acceptable.
Labour will vote no confidence in the Govt
It's about energy bills and fuel, yes.
But it's also about exorbitant rents and mortgage costs, about house prices, childcare, education and healthcare costs, waiting lists and more.
It's an out of touch, conservative coalition we have no confidence in.
Very unfair to wait until Sunday evening to tell Leaving Cert students this
Package to buy off sectoral interests sees little comfort for working people â @gednashtd.bsky.social
âWhere is the targeted energy supports for working families? Where is the renewed mandate to work from home to help manage commuting costs?

Labour will be voting No Confidence in the Government this week.
On Wed morning, we called on Gov to engage urgently then with representative organisations & for an end to the blockades.
The Gov must do more to address rising costs in this #Energy & #CostOfLiving crisis.
Nothing for ordinary people.
This Government is so out of touch that it prioritised tax cuts for property developers and fast food multinationals over ANYTHING for ordinary people in the budget.
They could have avoided this getting this far if they had intervened earlier in the week.
Half of the children in one school in Dublin are #homeless.
No roof over their head. Nowhere to do homework. Nowhere to play. No where to be a kid.
This should offend us all.
Itâs a national disgrace at the hands of Govt inaction & now 4000+ children in #Dublin alone are the casualties.
Welcome news overnight - Trump pulling back from the brink on #Iran war after his appalling & genocidal rhetoric over recent days.
Now essential that a sustainable peace can be delivered to protect people in the region - & to ease the escalating #CostOfLiving crisis worldwide & in Ireland.
My heart goes out to the family of the young man who died on Oâ Connell St
This is a deeply distressing tragedy involving a cement truck & escooter
Something like this sends a shiver down the spine of many of us who cycle & scoot every day
Solidarity to the GardaĂ & everyone else who responded
âď¸Housing has always been my priority.
đ I ran to be an MEP to tackle Dublin's housing crisis, elected on a simple promise: Housing, Housing, Housing.
đ Working on the EUâs first ever Housing Report has been hugely challenging and rewarding.
âď¸ This report matters for Dublin.
Look forward to our public meeting tonight in #Terenure - all welcome!

There is a growing vacuum in leadership on migration, which is being filled by misinformation and fear.
Labour have launched the Together We Thrive campaign to reset the public discourse, recognise the contribution of migrants and call for a more inclusive conversation.

Government cannot bypass scrutiny on critical infrastructure.
It is extraordinary that Fianna FĂĄil and Fine Gael are seeking to rush through the Critical Infrastructure Bill without pre-legislative scrutiny.

This has descended into a farce.
On March 13th BAM told the Minister April 30th was the date for substantial completion of new National childrenâs hospital
Then six working days later, they say itâs not
And the State has been rendered powerless to act. It is outrageous
