Knowing that political opinions I have expressed could dramatically change my future opportunities does have an impact on my day to day behaviour, and makes me second guess any public opinion or protest. And I imagine many other immigrants like me go through something similar.

As an immigrant in USA I feel an increasing worry about what my public opinion could result in. The fact that legal visa holders are being detained and deported based on unsubstantiated claims is alarming.

I'm embarrassed over the role silicon valley is playing, and I've lost trust in so many voices I had listened to for so many years.

I am truly scared of what's going on right now with musks team of inexperienced techies. This level of unconstrained access to the government, and "lets burn it down" mentality can only get us to scary places.
