Replacing my visualiser as it’s broken. Any recommendations? Obviously on a budget! Current one was the Hue.
Can anyone recommend educational websites or online games suitable for Year 5? Ideally, I’m looking for something a bit more substantial/engaging than sites like Maths Frame. In a perfect world, it should also hold their attention without needing to shout across the room! #edusky #eduskyprimary
Yes me ✋🏻
Wasn’t on my mind the first few weeks but now I’m on edge!

We have a no-homework policy. Reading, of course, but no spelling lists or tasks that ultimately fall on parents rather than the children.
As with anything, they work at different speeds, but one session typically produces one piece. My class LOVED this, though, and since it was the end of term, we ended up dedicating a few sessions to it. I snip images of book pages from Amazon as they are of better quality than photocopies.
👋🏻 Hi #edusky
Got this end-of-year gift idea from someone on another platform. The oversized glasses were a gag gift for a boy who misplaced his glasses almost daily throughout the year! (We also got him a regular pair!)
I've been using this resource for a couple of years now. Each week, we use a ‘Book Talk’ scrapbook with the question at the centre of a double page, and the children write their responses around it. It sparks great discussions. Thank you for sharing!
