It evolved into some sort of blister and it got better with a corticosteroids ointment I had. It's healing fine.

I got a rash on my wrist from wearing my watch and I had to swap it to the other wrist because I can NOT wear my watch and I hate it on my right wrist. I hate the weight and how wrong it feels.

Next month im actually having a endoscopy/colonoscopy/biopsy to figure out mwhy my digestive system is not absorbing iron from food or tablets.

Id eat about three trays of ice daily, or that's what I allowed myself.

I like cold drinks jut the moment im more interested on the cronch... yeah. Clear sign. Ive been inyected iron infusions three times and two or three days later the need disappears

My immediate sign is wanting to chew on ice.

Probably not much improvement until my appointment with my physio on the 10th but better.

Update about this the first chapter is going to be like 20 pages.

Chronic illness is weird in that if a healthy person got ill for a week with the symptoms I deal with every single day, they'd likely rest and do the bare minimum for that week. But because my symptoms are forever I'm meant to live life as normal no matter how dreadful I feel. The struggle is real.

Updates about this. Im defo more autistic than previously diagnosed, no adhd, but all the adhd-ey symptoms come from (wtf) me being high IQ and all that jumping from one thing to the next and never being able to finish shit comes from there. Also diagnosed OCD which I knew, PTSD (no surprises there)
