Glad you’re enjoying it!
I’ve been enjoying mine but still adjusting to ansi layout 😅so many accidental message sends haha. If it was ISO it would be perfect!

Spent a few hours testing a new ANSI keyboard with linear switches - I hate it.
What is this tiny enter key!? Where is my keypress feedback!?
At least now I know which keyboard
/switches I _do_ want 👀
My wife just said the two most dangerous words “needs eating”.
I’ve now eaten 7 amaretti biscuits and no sign of slowing down.
Managed to snag one of these for £60 (assuming it shows up). In case you didn’t have any luck with yours - uk.whatgeek.com/products/lof...
🤣 That would certainly be falling off the deep end and all the way to the bottom. I've tried a friends one and it's a bit bonkers, not sure I have the energy to re-learn how to type - even if it is better.
I am very tempted to just take a punt and order the magi65 and see if I can adjust to the ansi layout iqunix.com/products/mag...
After many hours of research on keyboards, I don't think there is a solid 65% ISO layout keyboard that _isn't_ a keychron.
There are a few decent 75% options (monsgeek m1, bridge75, lemokey p1) but I really wanted to try something smaller.
I didn't realise how much I used this key until you mentioned this. Remapping it is an option but seems like it would be very annoying!
Fallen into the custom keyboard rabbit hole and trying to figure out whether switching to ansi will be a nightmare 😶🌫️ I am very used to the chonky enter of uk iso
Good to know, I was also going to go for tactile. Good luck hope it arrives soon 😅
I fell down the low profile mechanical keyboard hole recently and really want a lofree flow! What switches did you go for?
Sadly I think you're right - I mean Ralph is great but it was such Lost vibes!
Can’t believe John Locke is making an appearance in 28 years later. The crossover we didn’t know we needed

I think I’ve been bitten one too many times trying to iterate my way out of bad code. I now start with the mindset that I’ll throw away any spikes and it makes that transition a bit easier.
Good luck! Let me know what works for you :)
For me yes but might be a personal preference. I usually cherry pick parts of the hacky feature across into a fresh branch to tidy and PR. Attempting to queue up a bunch of logical PRs that can ideally be reviewed either as a stack or independently
Personally I find spikes or proofs of concept really powerful for this. Write a bunch of crap code to “make it work” then deleting it all and making it “good”
Astro bot looks like the next game - thanks for the recommendations.
Dark souls would certainly be an interesting way to build some resilience 😂
Any good recommendations of video games I can play with a 6 year old? We played Stray together and it was so much fun! 🐱
all quiet until 3am when my 3 year old woke up for two hours. He was desperate for pasta, who isn't!?
I've been on paternity leave long enough to create a Linear board to track jobs around the house.
The downstairs bathroom project is off track 😱
It’s pizza time! (Featuring controversial basil pre cooking)
MUSTAAAARRRRDD
Took advantage of the clear skies and early darkness to go on a star walk with the kiddos.
Spotted a train of Starlink satellites - absolutely mind blowing. Not sure who was more excited me or the boys 😂
You'll also probably remember it longer than your kiddo 😆 All the tractor ted songs are seared into my brain and my kids haven't watched it for a long time!
Being a parent is weird sometimes. My eldest (5) has a new interest in snakes, and gets scared at bedtime. I now have to convince him we're safe because of 'the eagles' and a fox that lives nearby 😅
This perfectly sums up how I feel about Bluesky - it also helps that people _actually_ post here. Threads felt completely empty in comparison
