That is a wonderful way to remember them. I’ve found it makes the grieving a bit easier for me if I find ways like that to stay connected to my loved ones. Your grandparents would be insanely proud of you for everything you are accomplishing!

This is absolutely not a you issue. Cons tend to be disorganized and many of them simply renew the same vendors over and over again without actually notifying people. It’s extremely frustrating

Please consider pushing for legislation protecting dogs breeds from housing discrimination. Our Iroh has a very hard time finding a home because of how he looks, but he is a sweet boy. And even though he is not human, we shouldn’t penalize the people who lessen nonhuman suffering in the world.

Do you ever just find something out about your life and it’s so wild that you feel like laughing deliriously until you cry and then maybe pass out??? Just me then…

At this point I don’t think I could have written the events of the last few months as a work of fiction if I tried. And I’m excluding world events here. I’m talking purely “day in the life of me” here. This is wild. I don’t know how to process.

I definitely came from a house where you don’t leave without saying “hey I’m going out I’ll be back in X amount of time or by X time”. And before cell phones we also made it clear where we were going (definitely a safety thing).
