I completely disagree with both of the first 2 points.
1) maybe only if you wash the carrot first but even then I’d still wash it.
2) do you know how sticky lemon juice is? Much easier to clean when wet.

I rented 3 years at UT and I year at TX State and never had these fees. My kids and husband think I’m crazy for questioning it.

It’s an “amenity fee” of 150.00 on move in. Per person I guess.

There’s also a facilities fee on move in.

The apartment my youngest is looking at sharing with 1 roommate: 125 app fee, 350 administrative fee due at application per person. I have rented many apartments (some recently!) and never had fees like this before. Is this the new norm?
