I actually was just having this issue too, mine was detuning randomly. This fixed mine:
File>Project Settings>MIDI>Input Filter>Pitch Bend
If that fixes it, something is up with your keyboard. Don't know how to actually fix that, but this at least gets around it. hope that helps!
