Questions for ‘election monitors’ who couldn’t wait to tell all about what they’d “found” mere seconds after polls closed in Gorton and Denton.

Nothing to do with Muslims having vote, a bright female candidate, or straightforwar

Aside: Labour nationally have not restored TfL’s central government funding, cut by the Tories; restoration of which might negate the need for bus cuts. Could this be an example of the sort of ‘continuity Tory’ some sorts are disliking about the current those-in-charges

Fascinating briefings re: Sadiq Khan.

One the one hand: please take a peerage and maybe a cabinet position, you most excellent knight of the realm.

On the other: Dear press, that nasty Khan is cutting buses and we as Labour are #concerned

Where, I ask you, does one find specific-sized replacement chimney pots (one buff, one terracotta)? Jewsons et al don’t have the specs, roofing suppliers are impossible, local salvage yard draws blanks, Bookface marketplacers specify nought, and, ARGH

Please say you're going to start a flow of articles on this. There needs to be awareness at least

Imagine if there were enough 37s. There’d not be half-hours between buses. There’d not be gridlocked Dulwich roads. People in south London could travel, without buying a car. What a world #tfl #tfl37 @sadiqkhanlondon.bsky.social
