The aging and fermentation process generally eliminates the risk of E. coli which is why there are so many raw milk cheeses commercially available. This suggests that the company in question has a serious cross contamination issue rather than a pasteurization issue.
2 is really not a salient point here. I don’t disagree that milk should be pasteurized for drinking but there are dozens and dozens of unpasteurized cheeses on the market made here and abroad. The US requires any unpasteurized cheeses to age 60 days minimum, longer than most countries.

Dyeing eggs with turmeric works much better when you boil them with the dye than when you soak them after the fact. Hibiscus on the other hand - either I needed more flowers or I need to try it with cooled dye and see if it comes out better.
