Thanks Brent…..and also for sharing.
Wow, the effects on that are brilliant!
Thank you Bob, that’s so kind of you!
Just a short preview of one of the artist books I’ll be taking to Printfest Ulverston. I love making these….and rarely advertise that I make them! Somehow they still manage to fly away from my studio!

I’ll be heading down to Printfest Ulverston in a couple of weeks. Please come and say hello if you’re visiting!

Thank you Lola! 😃
I swapped from painting to printmaking in 2017. I have never gone back. Do you know the work of William Hays in the US? He also made a permanent change from paint to print about 15 years ago I think.
That’s a brilliant first multicolour print Lola. The dog is particularly good. Beware, it’s very addictive once you start!
A wee reduction print finished this week. From Lewis towards Harris.

Michelle creates beautiful work. If you can get to her Open Studios, don’t miss the opportunity!

That’s really kind, thanks Jane!
You’ll feel even worse if you read the book! (Also recommend Rachel Parris’s book, ‘Introducing Mrs Collins.’)
Like Jane, I’ve just been spending time updating my website……go on, take a look at her lovely work!
Thanks Max 😀

Thanks Brent, if I get around to it, I’ll do a video compilation of stills showing the whole process.
I think maybe two layers to go on this edition which is also being created as a commission for two lovely people in the US as a memento of their holiday in Scotland last year. #printmaking #linocut #scotland
That is a fantastic print! I need to see posts from people in the US on here to remind me it’s not the entire world that has gone mad!
His work was truly amazing
That’s beautiful Kate.

Alexandra's work is beautiful.
It’s so relaxing watching you do all the work Ade!! (Although, to be fair, you look pretty chilled too!)

I’ve got Printfest again, a solo exhibition in May and a couple of other big events later in the year. I haven’t heard of a new one in Somerset, but it’s probably too far from Scotland!
That sounds sensible John.
I was a bit too John, but we all have to deal with rejection as artists though. No point even wondering about why, my submission was strong, will still apply again!
I love Hazel’s work.
That’s great news John, they rejected me! I may go as a visitor though.
