I’ve been purchasing a few button down shirts for the RTO, mostly secondhand because the prices new are insane. Do people really buy button down shirts for $90/each?! That’s like my entire clothing budget for a year!

Boog’s curled up in my lap, Alice is beside us, and we’re just sitting here listening to the dusk chorus and the steady sound of the rain outside. It’s quite the perfect evening.

SEVEN LAYER CASSEROLE Helen Enright Stir 2 beaten eggs and 1-1/2 cups milk into l cup pancake mix. Bake about 1/4 cup batter at a time in a buttered 8" frying pan to make 8 pancakes. Have ready 1/2 lb finely chopped bologna, 2 cups grated cheddar cheese and 2 cans (about 1 lb. each) drained asparagus spears. Make 7 alternate layers of pancakes, bologna, cheese and asparagus in buttered shallow 6 cup baking dish. Pour mixture of 2 eggs beaten with 1/2 cup milk over, top with remaining pancake. Bake in moderate oven 350 for 1 hour or until set. Top with 1/2 cup sour cream
