They're definitely hard to grow. Mine always get some kind of disease. What happens with yours?

Since they swell, I only do 3 tablespoons of the dry mung beans or lentils to one bowl. A couple bowls soaking on constant rotation, u won't run out of fresh ones to eat.

No, I literally just throw them in a glass bowl, cover with water, put a thin towel over for a day. After the first day just dump into strainer rinse well and put back into the bowl rinsed but no water and cover with the towel. Repeat until day 3 when they get a tail then i eat or put into fridge.

Do u sprout indoors? Kinda fun to sprout mung beans, garbanzos and lentils. 😊 Gardening without the garden. I feel like someday when there's a food shortage I'll be able to survive off of sprouts. 🌱😛

Apricots would be so nice to have! Actually you don't need land. I just have everything in pots. Papaya, mango, guava avocado can all be kept in pots in a small space. 😊

I just have a small oster actyfit. Nothing fancy, it just comes with two small blender cups.

For a little extra zing, I will sometimes add a couple drops of apple cider vinegar.
