Dissidia Duellum is pretty decent as it turns out, a lot of the design cues, UI design and visual elements, how it all works together is very reminiscent of their old arcade games like Gunslinger Stratos (not at all like Dissidia AC funnily). In a non-covid world this might have been an arcade game.

graphics being pretty rough on base ps5 is a shame and the story so far (im in Ch2) is fairly barebones, but i'm havin a Good Time and that's what matters.

can absolutely see why Crimson Desert isnt for everyone but as a big forever game with tons to do and interesting mechanical design it's definitely appealing to me. Spent hours in the game so far finding things to do, quests in the area, and ive barely strayed from the first town
