If companies could stop big changes last 6 weeks of the year that would be great! I’m already exhausted without having to read and understand all of these changes.
Lots of getting re accustomed in my workflow, but in the long run it should be better.
Now having it change the morning of a client training session… 😔

Giving myself time to reflect before looking towards the future allows me to really acknowledge what I have accomplished and where I want to go next.
