anyways shoutout to the people who love me for the way they love me & the way they help buffer the really really bad days. especially bad body days like this. it’s so easy to beat myself up like this, & they all help me stay kind to myself & stay calm when i’m at a 20/10 pain scale lol

space in their life while i’m in that state w/o expecting me to perform or do more than just be present. & they help tether me, make jokes, stream or play games w me, show me things i love, yap with me and overall just help tether me back to earth. im just really so thankful for my inner circle 😭

just 2-3 years ago these kinda days would destabilize me & spiral me out for like a week or longer. i would get horrible depression or flashback flare ups from it. this weekend i’ve been able to still enjoy things & have fun even while absolutely debilitated & its bc of the ppl who let me take up

been absolutely dying the last 2 days (migraine, horrific vertigo, nausea, today my blood sugars won’t go beneath 340) but my friends n partner have helped cushion the blow so much… sob.. hic… so thankful for the people in my life bro
