Something thats infurated me is how RTD takes older concepts and turn them into something unrelated; like why not make your own character then? You're just using the name fore clout because you're not confident the concept stands on its own! Midnight was especially guilty of this

Worldbuilding is the best hobby because you can come up with definitive answers to the greatest cosmological mysteries, and also the most minute details like the source of a dye for an OCs socks

Always interesting to see magic become commodity. So since it is a luxury only afforded by the well-off, where does the cost for the magic come from in your world? Do you think it could eventually scale to being more widely available to the lower classes?

Maybe they could be the result of a species rejecting the gods? Becoming malformed or more brutish without their blessing?

... Categories like Regions, People, Misc. Concepts, Landmarks, etc. and as I work on the story I'll make also make "sticky notes" on the world as needed (usually just a sentence or paragraph until I go back to flesh it out)

Find an organization system you jive with: notes apps, text docs, pen/paper notebooks, etc. I like using Obsidian.md. I have a large folder for the world/setting itself and a master doc or two for recording the story I want to tell, and several subfolders for notes on the world itself...

No better feeling than overcoming a creative slump, ideas go b-rrr-rrr-rrr

Never thought growing up that I would be living through such foreboding times in this country... I count the blessings while I have them, but I know they won't last...

Its really hard to just carry on and enjoy life right now knowing there are forces at work actively preying on the well being of myself, friends, family and neighbors...

Am concerned how much Im seeing it encouraged for people to snitch on neighbors for drugs, immigration, etc... Earily familiar sounding...

Getting really discouraged by creative block... I know I shouldn't wait on inspiration to start a project, but blindly stabbing through creative fogand continuously failing is just demoralizing...

Having a strong urge to learn carpentry using only manual hand tools...

It feels as though the state of peace and comfort we have enjoyed our entire lives is being stolen from us, and by the time enough people are affected to muster resistance, it will be far too little, and far too late.

I feel as though there is nothing I can do to change things. I'm just resigned to watch on as the rights and well-being of distant strangers are eroded, until those strangers are not-so-distant, until they become my neighbors, until they become my friends and family.

Hate hearing how employers are encouraging workers to come in during dangerous weather or take "optional" unpaid time off. MFs wont dip into a rainy day fund for their employees but the fattest pigs sure aren't skipping meals
