The percent of homicides in DC attributed to domestic violence is the highest its been in the last 12 years.

Alarming data presented by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) especially in light of recent events in the news. CJCC started a DV working group to dig into these cases further.

- has a handful of security each shift with a hospital full of forensic patients
- has psychologist vacancies out the wazoo

Class Action Reads! Nothing Less Than Equality Join the DC History Center for a highly anticipated lecture from historian Tikia K. Hamilton about her new book Nothing Less Than Equality.

Tikia spent hours upon hours reading the DC Board of Education records, which are archived at the Charles Sumner Museum downtown.
